All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Your order is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment failure, suspicious or fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing.
We accept secure payments through Yoco or via EFT. Orders will only be shipped after the payment clears in our bank account.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Some products may carry a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and follow the supplier’s conditions. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect is not covered.
We are not responsible for any loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. We recommend that the installation of automotive products & parts be done by qualified professionals. Improper installation may cause damage or void warranties.

This Shipping Policy explains how Vasbyt Adventure Store(we, us, our) handles shipping, delivery, and order processing for customers located in South Africa.
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom-made, pre-order, or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
We deliver nationwide in South Africa using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Major cities may receive orders faster. Outlying or rural areas may take longer.
For large items such as exhausts, car audio parts and other large products:
• Shipping costs may vary based on weight and dimensions.
• Delivery may take longer than standard parcels.
• We will contact you if additional shipping arrangements are required.
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
• Delivery location
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

Free shipping may apply when promotional conditions are met.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for:

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel they may attempt delivery again, or they may contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional reshipping fees.
If your parcel arrives damaged please report it to us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. If your parcel shows as delivered but you did not receive it please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy explains how Vasbyt Adventure Store(we, us, our) handles product returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return under the following conditions:
• The item must be returned within 5-10 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return. For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
• Custom or special-order products
• Electrical components (e.g., car audio electronics)
• Exhaust components that have been fitted or used
• Apparel that has been worn or damaged after delivery
• Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable”.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We do not accept COD(Cash on Delivery) parcels.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
